The best storage experience ever. They have great prices, the most affordable storage in and around Staunton, 24/7 access to your unit, cameras on site. You're lucky if you're able to get a unit here. The prices are amazing and available units go very fast. The best part of Shenandoah Mini Storage experience though is Val. She is one in a million! She makes you feel very welcome, and provide exceptional customer service. It still blows my mind how comforting it feels in Val presence whether talking on the phone or in person. I have been renting a storage unit here for quite a few months now. It was easy to set up, the manager was very friendly, and I have not had any issues. I did check with just about every other storage unit in town, and this one was the cheapest. It is pretty convenient to the interstate also. Will continue using them

I have been storing with them for over a year and I'm very happy. My unit has stayed dry and I've had no problems at all. The owners upgraded the security and there is now a resident manager. I have used storage many times in my life and this is one of the best, the staff is all great. It's a convenient location near I 81 and access is easy, there is plenty of room, even for a large rental truck.
